Generally, device manufacturer will provide a set of drivers for USB Camera through a compact disc at the time of purchase. If yes, then you try installing them on Windows 10 to see if it works. Some devices will work on Windows without need of drivers. If both are not the case, then I suggest you to get in touch with the Device Manufacturer for getting a compatible Windows 10 driver for the desired USB Camera. You can also search for the driver on device Official Website. If in case you don't find the latest compatible Windows 10 driver, then you try installing the available drivers on Windows 10 to see if it works.
Moreover, you can also try installing the available drivers in Compatibility Mode. Compatibility mode runs the program using settings from a previous version of Windows. Follow these steps to install the drivers in compatibility mode and check if that helps.
a. Download the latest and available driver from the manufacturer’s website.
b. Uninstall the existing driver from your PC through Control Panel.
c. Right-click on the driver setup file and click on ‘Properties’.
d. Click on the ‘Compatibility’ tab and check the box ‘Run this program in compatibility mode for’ and select Windows 8/8.1 or 7 operating system from the drop down menu and proceed with the installation. Once this is done, restart the computer and check if the issue persists.

Update: You can permanently disable driver signature enforcement from within Windows. Run a Command window (cmd.exe) as administrator, and enter the following:

Media keys dont work spotify mac. My media keys won't open spotify. I reloaded my iMac last week with Mojave and now my keyboard pause play Rew FF buttons don't work with Spotify. Every time it opens stupid iTunes which I don't use anymore. I've tried that Mac media key forwarder and have it set to Spotify. So I am using a Logitech G710+ keyboard with my Mac (running 10.9), and the media keys (Play/Pause, Stop, Next and Previous) work perfectly fine with iTunes, even in background. Now, when I use Spotify, I usually quit iTunes (to stop conflicts), but only the Play/Pause key seems to work. I am running OSX 10.10.2 with Logitech K520 keyboard at latest version of OSX Spotify. Media keys are fully functional with itunes. For spotify Play/Pause is functionl, while previous track and next track do not work. Spotify please fix this bug ASAP. This has been an oingoing problem for a long t.

*Note* Keep in mind that installing unsigned drivers is considered by Microsoft
to be a major security issue (or a major source of income, depending on who you listen to), so to use these drivers on a 64-bit OS, you will need to use F8 to boot every time. There are ways to permanently disable signed drivers in 64-bit Windows, but it is considered a major security flaw to do so, and is a major hassle to set up (and is constantly being patched by Microsoft). *Another Note* If you are having troubles getting the drivers to work after rebooting, even after using “F8″, try running the driver install script again .
